  • Promotions are available exclusively for new customers on new rentals. They are not applicable to transfers or additional units.
  • Promotions are available on select units and cannot be combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions, with the exception of military discounts.
  • Reservations do not guarantee unit availability. We recommend contacting the store manager for current unit availability.
  • All unit sizes are approximate, and actual sizes may vary.

  • We reserve the right to change pricing without prior notice.

Free Rent Promotions:
  • Offers such as “First Month Rent Free,” “First Month Half Off,” and “Two Months Rent Free” pertain to rental payments due.
  • These promotions cannot be combined.
  • The “Two Months Rent Free” promotion requires a minimum rental period of six months. The second free month will be applied to the last month’s rent, provided proper notice to vacate is given.

Commitment Promotions:
For promotions reading “[x]% off with a minimum [x]-months stay,” the following terms apply:
  • The promotion begins on the month you rent, whether you start on the 2nd, the 27th, or any other day. The first month's rent will be pro-rated based on your move-in date.
  • Customers must enroll in our automatic payment authorization system with a credit card and make successful payments when rent is due on the 1st.
  • Automatic Payments will be applied throughout the Promotion Term, covering all dues, including taxes, insurance/protection plans, and administrative fees.
  • Failed Automatic payments, especially those returned due to Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) or other reasons, may lead to the loss of the promotional rate. Additional fees might be incurred as specified in the lease agreement.
  • In the event of early move-out or non-honor of the customer's commitment, any amounts discounted during the promotion will be charged back to the tenant.
  • Once the Promotion Term ends, customers can, at their explicit direction, choose any payment method allowed under the Agreement for future payments.

Note: It's essential to consult the lease agreement for a comprehensive understanding of all terms and conditions. For any clarifications or additional information, please get in touch with your store manager.
